Ordered on line for 5pm collection but not ready till 5.15pm.

Ordered meal been delivered to my neighbour. Poor service.

Wait almost 2 hours on the delivery

Appreciate it was Saturday but perhaps a bit more communication could be made available for example "your driver has left with your meal....estimated time of arrival xx:xx hours.

Food was tasty, but was barely lukewarm.

Fish was fresh, really delicious. First time ordering delivery and was impressed, prob do that in future rather than go to shop as it can get really busy at times.

ordered a chicken supper and came without chips despite being charged for them tol I would get free chips next time but ive already paid for the things but didnt get them.
